titleOfInvention | Flooring material with transfer printing layer using double cure method and its manufacturing method |
abstract | The present invention relates to a flooring material having a transfer printing layer using a double curing method, and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein a resin layer (hereinafter referred to as a primer layer) having a characteristic of being hardened by heat and light on a plate-shaped base layer is formed on top of the substrate. By performing transfer printing on the primer layer, the adhesion between the substrate layer and the transfer printing layer is enhanced, and a flooring material having various and sophisticated surface image effects is provided.n n n The flooring material of the present invention solves problems such as peeling of the printing layer and the base layer of the flooring material, which has a double hardening method as a primer layer, and increases the degree of hardening by the double hardening method. The basic surface properties of flooring materials such as scratch resistance, scratch resistance, and pencil hardness were greatly improved. In addition, since it is hardened by heat and light double, there is an advantage that fewer defects occur during the production process of the flooring material, and productivity and workability are improved. |
