abstract The present invention relates to an expression vector of a recombinant protein using PotD (Spermidine / putrescine-binding periplasmic protein) as a fusion partner, and a method for producing a recombinant protein using the same. Specifically, a fusion partner and a gene of a foreign protein A method for producing a recombinant protein comprising the steps of preparing a linked expression vector, introducing the expression vector into a host cell to prepare a transformant, and inducing the expression of the recombinant protein by culturing the transformant. In the present invention, a method for producing a recombinant protein, characterized in that to improve the water solubility and folding (folding) of the recombinant protein by using the expression of the PotD gene as a fusion partner, and relates to an expression vector containing the PotD gene as a fusion partner .
