| abstract | The present invention relates to active material containing pellets having a polymer coating and having an average particle size of 300 to 1100 μm. The pellet contains a pharmaceutically active material incorporated into a polymer matrix consisting of one or more polymers. The pellet according to the present invention was treated with 200 m of sieve having a sieve diameter of 20 cm and a shaking amplitude of 1.5 mm at 50 1 / sec shaking frequency in the presence of six rubber cubes with an edge length of 1.8 cm for 10 minutes. It is characterized in that the maximum crushability measured by 200 g of pellets in a sieving machine is 0.1%. The pellet also has a polymer coating consisting of an anionic (meth) acrylate copolymer, which releases up to 10% of the active substance after 120 minutes at pH 1.2 in artificial gastric juice during the release test according to USP. |
