The present invention provides an immunogenic portion of a Neseria ORF2086 protein, a biological equivalent thereof, an antibody that immunospecifically binds to it, which can be isolated from a Neisseria strain or can be recombinantly produced. Neseria ORF2086 protein comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding each of the above, as well as its use in immunogenic compositions effective against infection by Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B. |
