abstract The present invention relates to a supercapacitor electrode having excellent specific capacitance and electrical conductivity, and a method of manufacturing the same, and a supercapacitor using the same, wherein a manganese oxide precursor, a conductive metal oxide precursor having a higher electrical conductivity than manganese oxide, and a polymer are mixed. Preparing one spinning solution; Spinning the spinning solution on a current collector under an electric field to form a microfiber web in which the manganese oxide precursor, the conductive metal oxide precursor, and the ultrafine fibers in which the polymer are entangled with each other are entangled; Thermally compressing, thermally pressing, or first thermally treating the microfiber web to partially or totally melt the polymer in the microfiber web; Provided is a method for producing a supercapacitor electrode, characterized in that the porous composite metal oxide layer is obtained by removing the polymer from the ultrafine fiber web by performing a second heat treatment on the molten ultrafine fiber web.
