abstract | A double heat exchanger briquette heating apparatus is disclosed, which is equipped with an intermediate heat exchanger configuration in which oil having an intermediate specific heat value between water specific heat and air specific heat is used as a heat exchange medium between a combustion chamber and a final heat exchanger configuration. The intermediate heat exchanger is arranged inside the combustion chamber to perform primary heat exchange with the briquettes in combustion, and the secondary heat exchanger with the final heat exchanger arranged outside the combustion chamber by the intermediate heat exchange amount control pipe through which the fruit oil flows. The intermediate heat exchanger configuration is responsible for the thermal inertia function and the thermal buffer function between the change of the heat load of the final heat exchanger and the change of the internal temperature of the combustion chamber. Oil flow can be adjusted independently of the combustion chamber combustion rate or the rate of briquette feed. In addition, a fruit oil replenishment tank for replenishing the lost fruit oil may be further connected to the intermediate heat exchanger from outside the combustion chamber for a smooth thermal closed loop configuration of the intermediate heat exchanger. According to the present invention, the intermediate heat exchanger forms one complete closed heat exchange circuit, and can actively and independently cope with the change in heat generated in the combustion chamber and the change in required heat of the final heat load by the total heat of the stored oil. Therefore, the heat medium suitable for the combustion characteristics of briquettes, which are difficult to stop combustion and low combustion temperature, is used as a heat transfer device, so the heat saved by increasing the thermal inertia is greater than the heat lost due to the increase in heat exchange pipe length. The thermal efficiency increase in the section is greater than the sum of the thermal efficiency decreases in the specific operation section, resulting in an effect of improving the thermal efficiency of the entire system. |
