The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing cancer using peptides containing information on glycosylation of glycoproteins related to cancer development, and more particularly, to enzymes from glycoproteins related to cancer development. Peptides are obtained through the hydrolysis process and quantitatively detect specific glycosylation-specific peptides showing specific quantitative changes during hydrolysis under the influence of protein glycosylation. The present invention relates to a method for screening visible glycosylation related specific peptides and diagnosing cancer using the selected glycosylation related specific peptides as markers. |
