| abstract |
The present invention relates to a kit for diagnosing colorectal cancer in humans, comprising a primer or probe specifically binding to NDRG2 (N-Myc downstream-regulated gene 2) gene sequence, or an antibody specifically binding to NDRG2 protein. The present invention first identified a correlation between the expression of the NDRG2 gene and colorectal cancer. That is, the present invention relates to the diagnosis of colorectal cancer using the expression of the NDRG2 gene in a high expression in normal tissues or cells, and a low expression in the tissues or cells of colorectal cancer. According to this, it is effective to diagnose colon cancer accurately and easily. |
