Quantum Dots-Nanotube Barcode |
abstract |
The present invention relates to an optically coded quantum dot-nanotube barcode including a quantum dot layer having two or more identical or different fluorescence wavelengths inside the nanotube, wherein the quantum dot-nanotube barcode of the present invention emits light of different colors. Since the quantum dot layers are spatially separated from each other, color recognition is easier, and since the quantum dot layers emitting light of several different colors can be repeatedly stacked, a barcode capable of infinite optical coding can be provided. |
