abstract |
A roller unit for hot press molding is introduced in which a guide roller is spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of a roller table for material transfer. The thermal spray coating layer 110 is formed on the outer surface of the guide roller 100 of the hot press molding roller unit is thermally coated with a coating powder having a low reactivity. According to the present invention, the outer surface of the guide roller is prevented from being sintered by aluminum, thereby improving the life of the guide roller as a whole and reducing the replacement cost of the guide roller. |
