abstract The present invention relates to a substrate plating apparatus having a hot water heating structure, and more particularly, to a palladium (Pd) plating apparatus for plating a printed circuit board, the plating tank filled with a plating liquid and the plating tank disposed therein. And a bath liquid tank filled with a bath liquid for heating the plating tank, a plating liquid circulating device installed in the plating tank, and a bath liquid circulation device installed in the bath tank for heating and circulating the bath liquid. As a result, the plating solution can be induced at a constant temperature without a local temperature deviation, thereby maintaining the thickness of the plating layer plated on the substrate.
