abstract | (Problem) Providing an electric compressor which can contribute to making the allowable amount of the water penetrating into the refrigerant circulation path larger than before without causing an increase in the installation space of the refrigeration cycle. (Solution means) The housing 10 having the suction port 11 and the discharge port 12 formed therein, and the refrigerant disposed in the housing 10 and sucked from the suction port 11 are compressed and discharged from the discharge port 12. The compression unit 15 and the electric motor 2 which rotates the rotating shaft 21 which is arrange | positioned in the housing 10 and drive the compression unit 15 are included. The electric motor 2 has the rotor 22 fixed around the rotating shaft 21 and the stator 23 supported by the housing 10. In the rotor 22, a permanent magnet 31 is disposed, and an in-flight environment improver 32 including at least one of an adsorbent for adsorbing moisture in the cabin and a neutralizer for neutralizing acid is disposed. |
