abstract | In order to provide a highly sensitive straight-line anhydrous flat plate printing plate not only immediately after the production of the disc, but also after a lapse of time, a straight-line anhydrous flat plate printing plate formed by laminating at least a heat-sensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer on the substrate in this order. It is set as the original drawing anhydrous flat printing plate disc which has a liquid bubble containing the liquid which has a boiling point in 210-270 degreeC. Moreover, on the board | substrate or the board | substrate which laminated | stacked the resin layer, the solubility parameter is 17.0 (MPa) 1/2 or less, and the solvent and solubility parameter which have a boiling point in the range of 210-270 degreeC are 17.0 (MPa) 1/2. At least a step of applying a heat-sensitive layer composition solution containing a solvent exceeding, a step of drying the heat-sensitive layer composition solution to form a heat-sensitive layer, and a process of applying a silicone rubber layer composition to the heat-sensitive layer to form a silicone rubber layer. It is set as the manufacturing method of a straight drawing anhydrous flat printing plate original plate. |
