Provided are naphthalene carboxamide derivatives, methods for their preparation, and uses. Its structure is shown in formula (I) and the definitions of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 and Z are the same as described herein. The compound has both protein kinase inhibitory activity and histone deacetylase inhibitory activity, and includes inflammation, autoimmune disease, cancer, nervous system disease and neurodegenerative disease, cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease, allergy, asthma and hormone-related diseases. It can be used for the treatment of diseases associated with abnormal protein kinase activity or abnormal histone deacetylase activity. |
