abstract Polyester tire cord according to the present invention has a high strength, high modulus and low elongation characteristics can be applied to industrial products used as a material of tires, industrial ropes, civil reinforcement, webbing or seat belt. By increasing the hole diameter and spinning speed of the proper spinning nozzle, the draft can be maintained at 1200 ~ 1500 during spinning. As a result, the orientation of the unstretched yarn increases, making it easy to secure the yarn even at low draw ratios. Therefore, when manufacturing a polyester dip cord, a cord of about 10% more strength than an existing tire cord can be obtained, and the weight can be reduced when manufacturing a tire.
