titleOfInvention Disposable wear items
abstract The chassis 10 of the diaper 1 has a portion of the first outer sheet 11, the back waist region 3 and the crotch region 4, which form part of the front waist region 2 and the crotch region 4. A second outer sheet 12 which forms a gap, and an intermediate sheet 13 which connects these sheets 11 and 12 and forms part of the crotch region 4. The liquid absorption structure 30 is attached to the skin facing side of the chassis 10. The liquid absorbing structure 30 is provided with first and second elastic sheets 51 and 52 respectively overlapping the front and rear ends 31 and 32 of the liquid absorbing structure 30. The first elastic sheet 51 is retractably attached in the stretched state in the horizontal direction X between the bottom surface of the liquid absorbing structure 30 and the first outer surface sheet 11, and the second elastic sheet 52 is absorbed. It is located on the skin-facing surface of the structure 30, and is contractably attached in the stretched state in the horizontal direction (X).
