abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for verifying glycoprotein, and more particularly, after labeling DNA on an N-type sugar chain of an antibody against a glycoprotein to verify glycoproteins as a candidate marker showing glycoside variation during cancer development and progression. The present invention relates to a method for sensitively tracking the sugar variation of a candidate marker glycoprotein by analyzing a transcript obtained by using a DNA-antibody complex conjugated with a glycoside change candidate by an antigen-antibody reaction as a template of a transcription reaction. |
