abstract | [PROBLEMS] An object of the present invention is to provide an optical sheet and a touch panel using the same, which can prevent deterioration in optical function and appearance by preventing the occurrence of scratches during manufacture or transportation. SOLUTION The optical sheet of this invention is a retardation film which has polycarbonate resin as a main component, the hard-coat layer laminated | stacked on one surface side of this retardation film, and the adhesion layer laminated | stacked on the other surface side of this retardation film. Have. The photoelastic coefficient of the said retardation film should just be 40x10 < -12> / Pa or less for the said optical sheet. The average thickness of the said retardation film may be 10 micrometers or more and 500 micrometers or less of the said optical sheet. The haze value of the said optical sheet should just be 2% or less. The optical sheet should just have a total light transmittance of 87% or more. |
