The anionic hydrophilic group is concentrated on the surface in contact with the outside air, and provides a hydrophilic cured product, such as a monolayer film, which is excellent in transparency and substrate adhesion and tends to have few cracks. A mixture containing a polyvalent monomer (II) having two or more (meth) acryloyl groups and a compound (IV) having a specific group and a sulfonic acid group is applied to a substrate or the like, dried as necessary, and then polymerized to obtain a resin composition. A hydrophilic hardened | cured material or a monolayer film which consists of is manufactured. |
