titleOfInvention | Development of Nucleic Acid Gel Matrix for Synthesis of Cellular Nucleic Cell-Free Proteins, and Method for Producing the Same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a nucleic acid gel matrix for cell nuclear mimetic cell-free protein synthesis and a method for preparing the same, comprising an X-type nucleic acid nanostructure, an expression plasmid including DNA fragments, transcription and translation constructs, and lipid membrane components. Nucleic acid gel matrices for cell-free protein synthesis according to the invention are polymorphic (eg oval, spherical or rectangular) comprising X-type nucleic acid nanostructures, expression plasmids comprising DNA fragments, transcriptional and translation constructs, and lipid membrane components. As a gel matrix of), the structure (ellipse) that mimics the physical model of the chromosome inside the cell nucleus is concentrated in a small space to maximize protein production as well as to maximize protein production. Because it contains DNA inside, it can be used to produce high concentrations of protein reliably for long periods of time because it is protected from external factors. |
