abstract The present invention relates to a connector for an earphone jack. The housing 10 forms a skeleton of the connector of the present invention, and the insertion hole 14 is formed through the housing 10 back and forth. A terminal slit 24 is formed to connect the inside and the outside of the insertion hole 14, and the terminal slit 24 is provided with a terminal 26. The insert housing 30 is provided to insert the remaining portion of the housing 10 except the portion of the front end into the storage space 32. The insert housing 30 is made by inserting the connection terminal 36 integrally therein. One end of the connection terminal 36 is located in the connection terminal slit 34 formed on the inner surface of the accommodation space 32, the other end is protruded to the outside of the insert housing (30). The packing 20 is squeezed by the tip of the insert housing 30 in the seating end 18 formed around the outer surface of the tip of the housing 10. According to the present invention as described above, foreign matter or moisture is prevented from entering the product through the connector for the earphone jack.
