The invention, including the crystalline form, (8 S, 9 R) -5- fluoro-8- (4-fluorophenyl) -9- (1-methyl -1 H -1,2,4- triazole 5-yl) 8,9-dihydro -2 H - pyrido [4,3,2- de] phthalazine -3 (7 H) - the on-tosylate salt form, and provides a method of manufacturing do.
