abstract | The present invention provides a porous polymer thin film metal oxide semiconductor electrode and a network polymer electrolyte grown on the surface of the electrode, which can dramatically improve the efficiency and long-term stability of a semi-solid dye-sensitized solar cell through efficient transfer of redox species in the electrolyte. It is related with the manufacturing method of the used semisolid dye-sensitized solar cell. The dye-sensitized solar cell according to the present invention includes a network polymer electrolyte polymerized from the surface of the electrode by injecting an electrolyte containing a monomer after the porous polymer thin film is fixed to the surface surrounding the surface of the dye-adsorbed oxide semiconductor electrode. . In the dye-sensitized solar cell according to the present invention, a semi-solid electrolyte including an oxidation / reduction derivative including an oxidation-reduction derivative may be injected between a dye and a metal oxide semiconductor electrode to which a porous polymer thin film is fixed and an opposite electrode. As a result, the polymer electrolyte constituting the network structure is fixed after being connected to the surface of the porous polymer thin film metal oxide semiconductor electrode to provide a semi-solid dye-sensitized solar cell that improves stability at high temperature. |
