abstract The present invention relates to a providing method of oxides and synthetic gas using a carbon dioxide plasma torch. The method comprises the steps of: generating an electromagnetic wave and transmitting the electromagnetic wave to the inside of a plasma generator; generating a carbon dioxide plasma torch by supplying carbon dioxide gas to the plasma generator; and supplying reaction materials to the carbon dioxide plasma torch. The carbon dioxide is resolved and reacts to the reaction materials, thereby producing synthetic gas and oxides.
