abstract The present invention relates to a small interference RNA (siRNA) specifically inhibiting the expression of a ribosomal protein present in a cell, and more particularly, to a method for specifically inhibiting the expression of an rpS3 protein intracellularly present in a cell , SiRNAs that do not affect the over-expressed proteins that are tagged. The siRNA of the present invention has an excellent effect in terms of economy and efficiency as compared with conventional commercialized products.
