titleOfInvention | An antifouling composition comprising coumarin isolated from the cinnamon tree Cinnamonum loureiroi, and a method for preparing the same |
abstract | Active antifouling compounds, coumarin and the derivatives thereof cinnamon tree cinnamoyl drought low ray Roy (Cinnamumum It was isolated from loureiroi). Antifouling activity was measured by Ulva pertusa and Nabi Coulola A representative ductile adherent organism such as Navicula annexa was measured. Chemical components indicative of antifouling activity were identified as coumarin, hydroxy coumarin, cumaric acid, and cinnamic aldehyde by nuclear magnetic resonance and analysis of high resolution mass spectrometer data. These compounds were isolated from 1.09 g of crude Shin Namomu subsp. Methanol extract and were obtained as 18.4 mg, 6.3 mg, 9.8 mg, and 14.7 mg of coumarin, hydroxyl coumarin, cumaric acid, and cinnamic aldehyde, respectively. These compounds can inhibit spore borer spores with an EC 50 value of 0.13 to 0.25 μg / mL and inhibit microalgae (N. annexa) with an EC 50 value of 0.21 to 0.81 μg / mL. |
