abstract The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a tubular hot dog. According to the present invention, a new type of instant food is provided and manufactured in an easy manner. The method includes: (1) a hot dog flour preparation step; (2) a batter step of producing hot dog batter; (3) a hot bog battering step; (4) a frying step of frying a battered hot dog stick (10) with oil; (5) a hot dog batter separation step of separating the hot dog batter (12) from the battered hot dog stick (10); and (6) a flavor material insertion step of inserting a flavor material (15) into an insertion space part (13) of the hot dog batter (12) to manufacture the tubular hot dog (16).
