The present disclosure discloses a method of diagnosing cancer by differentiating the ratio of the debranched peptide fragments and the non-glycosylated peptide fragments in a protein comprising an N-linked glycosylation motif to a control. The diagnostic method of cancer through the detection of the saccharification ratio of the protein according to the present invention can diagnose cancer with high specificity and sensitivity using one or more existing markers and can be easily used for finding new markers for diagnosis of cancer . |
