| abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition for metabolic diseases including diabetes mellitus containing ATF3 siRNA and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. More particularly, the ATF3 siRNA of the present invention inhibits the expression of ATF3 gene more than the existing ATF3 siRNA For the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases by improving oxidative stress including protein expression of iNOS associated with ATF3, NO production and production of ROS, ER stress including CHOP, pancreatic beta cell dysfunction and plasma insulin level, etc. It can be usefully used in an emulsion composition. |
