titleOfInvention | Hot water generating boiler using centrifugal force |
abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a hot water generating boiler for generating hot water by friction with water while rotating the disk to decompose the water and more particularly to a hot water generating boiler for preventing hot water and steam from being introduced into a bearing, It is about the boiler. A hot water generating boiler according to the present invention includes a housing, a rotary shaft, a bearing, a heat generating disk, and a motor. The housing has an airtight base on which a through hole is formed, and an inlet for introducing water and an outlet for discharging the heated water are formed. The rotation shaft is inserted into the housing, one end of the rotation shaft is exposed to the outside of the housing through the through hole, and the water flow groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface inserted into the sealing bar to prevent the water contained in the housing from flowing out. The bearing supports one end of the rotation shaft exposed to the outside. The heat-generating disk is accommodated in the housing and is disposed at a predetermined interval along the rotation axis so as to rotate integrally with the rotation shaft. The motor rotates the rotary shaft by engaging one end of the rotary shaft to rotate the heating disk to heat the water contained in the housing. According to the present invention, the water flow groove is formed in the drive shaft, and the hot water flowing through the drive shaft is guided to the water flow guide groove by the centrifugal force in the water flow groove. This prevents the hot water in the housing from flowing into the bearing. |
