abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing a radiopharmaceutical using a guanidine-linked polymer, and more particularly, to a method for producing a radiopharmaceutical using a guanidine-bonded polymer capable of producing a radiopharmaceutical with high yield in a short time, And a method of manufacturing a radiopharmaceutical. When the method for producing a radiopharmaceutical drug using the guanidine-linked polymer of the present invention is used, the radioactive isotope solution can be easily poured into a cartridge or a column to easily capture radioactive isotopes. Also, the reaction of labeling a precursor compound with a radioisotope by the basicity of a guanidine functional group can be easily performed in a cartridge or a column. In addition, the additional de-protection reaction can be easily carried out in a cartridge or a column by adding an acid to a base solution. In particular, since it is not necessary to use an additional phase transfer catalyst required in the F-18 labeling reaction proceeding in a solution phase, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost of the radiopharmaceuticals and also to facilitate the purification process after the reaction.
