| abstract | The present invention relates to an apparatus for cooling a steel reinforcing bar capable of simulating a cooling test of a reinforcing steel product. The apparatus for cooling a steel reinforcing bar according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base frame, a power unit, a moving rod, a cooling unit, and a control unit. Here, the power unit is provided on one side of the upper portion of the base frame, and provides power to move the reinforcing bar specimen back and forth in the longitudinal direction. The moving rod is coupled to the power section, detachably couples the reinforcing bar specimen, and reciprocates with the reinforcing bar specimen. The cooling section is provided on the other side of the upper portion of the base frame, guides the reinforcing bars and the moving rod reciprocally inward, and injects high-pressure cooling water onto the outer surface of the reciprocating reinforcing bars. The control unit controls the moving speed of the steel specimen by controlling the power unit, and adjusts the water pressure of the cooling water sprayed from the cooling unit. |
