Isolation of therapeutic target specific vnar domains to icosl |
abstract |
The present invention provides ICOSL-specific antigen binding molecules that are isolated from immunized and synthetic Elasmobranchii derived libraries. In particular, the present invention relates to a method of specifically binding to human induced co-stimulatory ligands (ICOSL) and neutralizing its activity Shark Variable New Antigen Receptor (VNAR) domain. The neutralized VNAR domain comprises two independent sources; Immunized beard shark library and synthetic spiny dogfish framework fusion library. The molecule may be formulated as a pharmaceutical composition and used in medicine. |
