Y? 0.55, and 0.43? Z? 0.55, and M is a metal element of +5 or +6 valence, and a piezoelectric device using the PZT piezoelectric ceramics material. According to this, it is possible to exhibit excellent electrical, dielectric, and piezoelectric characteristics because a Pb or PbO phase that does not add Pb is not formed in the PZT piezoelectric body.
