abstract The present invention relates to a sausage containing a medicinal herb as an active ingredient and a method for producing the same. The sausage containing the medicinal herb according to the present invention is mixed with herbal medicines in the pork compared to the sausage produced in general, thus eliminating the peculiar smell of the pork, having not only various functional ingredients, but also excellent texture. In addition, the sausage of the present invention has an advantage that it can be stored for a long time without using a synthetic preservative.
