The coumarin derivative or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof, which is an active ingredient of the preventive or therapeutic agent of the present invention, exhibits an excellent inhibitory action in the pharmacological test using inflammation-related factors such as inflammatory cytokines and fibrosis-related factors as indicators . The compound also exhibits an excellent inhibitory effect on pulmonary fibrosis model animals and disc herniation model animals. Therefore, it is very useful as a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for inflammatory diseases or disc herniated diseases. |
