titleOfInvention Rice cake Sandwich bake Manufacturing Method
abstract The present invention relates to a roasted rice cake sandwich and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a manufacturing method of an instant roasted rice cake sandwich capable of making a rice cake sandwich by inserting fermented food, such as cheese, fast-fermented bean paste, natto, Doubanjiang, kimchi, etc., between stacked rice cake pads, and roasting the rice cake sandwich in a hot mold, so as to provide various products upon request of a user. According to the present invention, the roasted rice cake sandwich is conveniently made and is provided in a package such that the user can easily enjoy the roasted rice cake sandwich outdoors. Fermented food is inserted between the rice cake pads, so the user can evenly take nutrients. Since the roasted rice cake sandwich is roasted again in a hot mold, end parts of upper and lower rice cake pads are sealed during a roasting process, so contents are not messed up or leaked. The outer portion of the rice cake pads is solidified to provide a crispy texture, and the fermented food, which is the contents, turns to a semi-flowing state, to provide a smooth and chewy texture and unique flavor. The present invention enables everybody to enjoy the roasted rice cake sandwich regardless of time and place.
