abstract The present invention relates to an aging container for preventing browning and removing undesired odor which, more specifically, comprises: a container body which has an aging space unit formed therein to contain raw materials to be aged; a circulation hose which is made of a transparent material, is arranged on the outside of the container body, and circulates liquid generated in the aging space unit; an aging unit which is connected to the circulation hose and increases a sunlight irradiation time of circulated liquid; and a circulation pump which circulates the liquid, generated in the aging space unit, from a lower end portion to an upper end portion of the aging space unit along the circulation hose and the aging unit. According to the present invention, the aging time of raw materials is reduced and browning and undesired odor, which are usually generated, can be prevented. Therefore, costs can be reduced and product quality can be enhanced.
