abstract |
A method for manufacturing green coffee bean tea is disclosed. The method comprises: a green coffee bean preparation step (s10) of preparing green coffee bean including at least one kind of Arabica green coffee bean or at least one kind of Robusta green coffee bean; a decaffeinating step (s20) of lowering the caffeine content of the green coffee bean prepared in the green coffee bean preparation step (s10); a low temperature heating step (s30) of heating and drying the green coffee bean with the caffeine content lowered through the decaffeinating step (s20) at 60 to 90C for 30 to 30 minutes; a pulverizing step (s40) of pulverizing the green coffee bean completing the low temperature heating step (s30) into a particle size of 2 to 5 mm without high temperature roasting; and a teabag packing step (s50) of packing the pulverizing green coffee bean acquired through the pulverizing step (s40) in a teabag. |
