Disclosed is a light emitting diode chip having a distributed Bragg reflector. The light emitting diode chip includes a substrate having a front surface and a rear surface, a light emitting structure disposed on the front surface of the substrate and including an active layer sandwiched between the first conductivity type semiconductor layer and the second conductivity type semiconductor layer, A distributed Bragg reflector for reflecting the light emitted from the light emitting structure, and a metal layer disposed under the distributed Bragg reflector. The distributed Bragg reflector has a reflectance of 90% or more with respect to light of the first wavelength in the blue wavelength region, light in the second wavelength in the green wavelength region, and light in the third wavelength in the red wavelength region. |
