The present invention provides a pharmacy composition which can be utilized to prevent or treat inflammatory disease having arthritis by manufacturing the pharmacy composition having composite herbal extracts which vitally comprises quince, a safflower, Korean angelica root, siler divaricata, acanthopanax, and cnidium and isolated fractions thereof to restrict factors relevant to inflammatory reaction. As stated above, according to the present invention, the pharmacy composition containing the herbal extracts and the isolated fractions thereof to reduce inflammatory cytokine in a concentration dependent way, and restrict inflammatory reaction by translocation and phosphorylation hampering main transcription factors of the inflammatory reaction. |
