abstract | The present invention relates to a water-energy smokeless incineration boiler using thermal fusion properties of a brown gas. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the eco-friendly boiler capable of using refuse derived fuel such as solid refuse fuel (SRF) which is fuel derived from municipal waste, industrial waste, and waste without environmental pollution. More specifically, the present invention relates to a water-energy smokeless incineration boiler wherein a new method of incinerating only brown gas massively and automatically supplied from a water energy plant without sending air for incineration to a refuse derived fuel incineration chamber formed inside the boiler. The boiler discharges no contaminants such as smoke, odor, dust, and the like even though the boiler incinerates the refuse derived fuel. Accordingly, the water-energy smokeless incineration boiler includes the refuse derived fuel incineration chamber corresponding to a brown gas thermal fusion chamber in a wide internal space of a boiler pipe, receives a predetermined amount of the refuse derived fuel in the refuse derived fuel incineration chamber and to be incinerate, and directly incinerates the refuse derived fuel with brown gas flames. The boiler discharges no hazard substances causing environmental pollution such as smoke, odor, dust, and the like by using the thermal fusion properties of the brown gas even though the boiler incinerates any refuse derived fuel such as municipal waste, industrial waste, SRF, and the like. |
