A hull, a planar keel defining a lower hull diameter, a lower cylindrical section connected to the planar keel, a lower truncated conical section having a wall inclined inwardly from the first angle and disposed above the lower cylindrical section, A marine structure is disclosed having an upper truncated conical portion with an outwardly sloping wall and an inwardly sloping wall forming a hull neck with a hull neck diameter adjacent the outwardly sloping wall. The offshore structure has a main deck, a platform, and propellers operated by motors and generators and attached to plank keel. The offshore structure is connected above the chambered floating storage ring. |
