titleOfInvention dust separator of aggregate
abstract The present invention relates to an aggregate dust-separating device capable of effectively separating dust from an aggregate. According to the present invention, the aggregate dust-separating device comprises: a vibrator (41) generating vibrations through a supply hopper (40); and a hopper body (42) installed in the vibrator (41), and including an inlet (42a) formed in the upper part and an outlet (42b) formed on the lower surface. The vibrator (41) comprises: a support (41a) installed in a support frame (10); a rotary bar (41b) combined with the support frame (10) able to be rotated forward and backward, and having the hopper body (42) fixed to the upper part; an elastic member (41d) connected with the rotary bar (41b) to support the rotary bar (41b) so that the bar can be elastically rotated forward and backward; and a vibration unit (41e) connected with the rotary bar (41b) to vibrate the rotary bar (41b) forward and backward. As the hopper body (42) is vibrated, dust and aggregates, supplied through the supply conveyor (50), are dismantled into smaller chunks, and then, the chucks are supplied to a first separation conveyor (21) after being spread widely. Thus, the present invention is capable of more effectively separating dust and aggregates by using the first and second separation conveyors (21,22).
