abstract The present invention relates to a flexible gas sensor and a method of manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a flexible gas sensor having general versatility based on a flexible substrate and capable of securing excellent adhesion between a substrate and an electrode, and a method of manufacturing the same. (A) forming a heater electrode having a predetermined pattern on a flexible substrate; (b) forming an insulating layer on a predetermined region on the heater electrode; (c) forming a sensing electrode having a predetermined pattern on the insulating layer; And (d) forming a gas sensing layer on the sensing electrode. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a gas sensor in which a heater electrode, an insulating layer, a sensing electrode, and a gas sensing layer are laminated on a polyimide (PI) substrate having a flexible property. Electrical characteristics and sensor sensitivity are not lowered.
