abstract |
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an antibody-urease conjugate and substantially free of unbonded urease is disclosed. These compositions are prepared in a manner that does not require chromatographic purification. These pharmaceutical compositions have utility in the treatment of cancer by antibody-directed enzyme prodrug therapy, wherein urease converts endogenous urea to ammonia in situ to induce cytotoxicity. |
