The present invention relates to a prodrug comprising a GLP-1 / glucagon agonist linker conjugate Z-L 1 -L 2 -L-Y-R 20 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein Y is a GLP- 1 / glucagon agonist moiety; -L is a linker moiety according to formula (Ia) wherein the dashed line indicates attachment of one of the amino groups of the GLP-1 / glucagon agonist moiety by forming an amide bond. The present invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said prodrugs as well as their use as medicaments for treating or preventing diseases or disorders that can be treated by GLP-1 / glucagon agonists.
