The present invention discloses a genetically recombinant microorganism capable of effectively producing muconic acid, which is a precursor of TPA or adipic acid derived from bio-owing to its ability to produce high DHS (3-dehydroshikimate). Specifically, the present invention redesigns the aromatic amino acid biosynthetic pathway of E. coli to increase DHS biosynthesis as a precursor of muconic acid, so that the transformed E. coli has DHS and muconic acid production ability superior to E. coli before transformation have. |
