abstract The present invention relates to a cylinder block which is cooled with different fluids such that upper and lower portions are cooled by different fluids, a cooling structure of the cylinder block, and an assembly structure of the cylinder block and the cylinder liner. The cylinder block to be cooled with different fluids according to the present invention comprises a cylinder liner (12) having a plurality of cylinders formed therein, and a cylinder liner (12) fitted in the cylinder and contacting a piston moving up and down. A first cooling space 20 and a second cooling space 30 are formed in a circumferential direction of the cylinder so that the cooling fluid can flow into the cylinder block 11 and are separated from each other, And the cooling fluid flows in the cooling space (20) and the second cooling space (30).
