abstract | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an optical fiber on which a photocatalyst is deposited, to an optical fiber manufactured by the method, and to an air purifier using the same, and in accordance with the present invention, The method includes the steps of: (a) supplying power to a plasma generator; (b) injecting an inert gas into the plasma generator; (c) generating and maintaining an atmospheric plasma by the plasma generator; (d) injecting a precursor containing a photocatalyst into the plasma generator; and (e) depositing a photocatalyst on the surface of the optical fiber with the atmospheric plasma. Further, it is possible to provide an optical fiber on which a photocatalyst is deposited by a method for producing a photocatalyst on which a photocatalyst is deposited.
